If you want to play it safe then an SMA inverter is common and typical of a more expensive install. but there are many hundreds of different ones though, each with their own benefit. your question seems to have little purpose though. whats the point of spending weeks and months (which i note you have) in arriving at a decision (don't know if you have yet) which might benefit you from maybe for arguments sake say a 1%-5% difference in efficiency or life span, when by doing this you end up squarely on the 21p tariff when you had a chance* (yes not guaranteed) of getting the higher tariff. Saving a few pennies may have cost you nearly 30K over 25 years. anyway good luck with it. i note you have not posted for a while so maybe your sorted now.
